2X10's blow you away

I've owned this cabinet for several years now. It came down to the start of playing in bands and I need to upgrade from a mini practice amp to a gigging amp. I picked it up used at a local music store, and just loved the low end it got. For two 10's and 600 watts of power, it gets the job done for any gig or pracitce.

Overall I really enjoy playing through it, I use it at all my gigs along with an SWR Triad 1015 cabinet. Both the Eden and the SWR combination are great together.

When I played in a band with two guitarsits with stacks, I seemed to always be over powering them and have to turn down just to hear them. It's a really loud combo amp. Both Channles work great, but I prefer the second channel. It has more options than Channel one.

If your looking for a combo amp this amp is perfect for gigs, practieces or just all around jam sessions.

Big Sound - small footprint

The Eden name is legendary in bass circles, so I picked one up blind - I figured if it was good enough for the pros, etc.

It is much louder than it looks. For a 2X10 combo, it has some well-defined bottom end. The first gig was a real trial - outdoors with my full band. And it covered it well - the band had to keep asking me to turn down.

However, while I find it has a great bottom-end sound for a live rock band, I am not as thrilled with the sound solo - especially when slapping. I'm using a Stingray with fairly new strings and it just doesn't seem to have the punch I want. I have fiddled with the EQ for hours but was never sastified. I even tried running it through a BBE Sonic Maximizer, but again - just didn't get the sound I wanted.

I will keep it as it sounds great with the band, but when I record slap I will probably use something else.

Also, the first time I pulled on one of the pull-out knobs it came right off. A small thing, but for the cost of this amp I expect my darn knobs to stay on.

I bought this combo a little over a year ago after hearing one live in a local club. Ive been at this over 30years and I have never been as pleased. This is a 180 degree amp. You working musicians will know just what I mean. I use it with a Cirrus 5 string. The only draw back is you may need a second 2/10 cabinet on larger stages.

Oh Man, this amp is awesome. Just upgraded from a Peavey Basic 112 and man what a difference. This amp has beatiful tone that stays true even when the volume is cranked and yes lots of volume. For a small combo amp, she's got a big sound & warm tone. Even the solid state input is nice on this unit. The DI output is nice as well having a Tuner only out with a step of a button. I was originally looking at the SWR Workingman 15 which is also great but my ears fell in love with this amp instead. Sold on this unit.

I've spent several months now looking for the ideal bass amp. And i must admit i overlooked this amp at first due to the 210 and the whole combo... thing. However, i couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by this little beast. She sounds worlds better than the other amps and cab that are way out of my price range! And you can make it sound that much better if you take the time to play with the controls. plus it's movable! with all things considered this is without a doubt one of the best amps EVER!!
