I bought this bass about a week ago and used it last weekend for a gig. Hands down this is one bad bass. I've been playing for over 20 years and always had to set up my other basses before I could play em. This was ready to go right out of the box. The action is perfect. The neck is nice, wide, and fast. The sound is a perfect blend of smooth when I played with my fingers and punch when I slapped or played with a pic. This bass is perfect and I am proud to own one. Hands down the best bass in my arsenal. This bad boy is heavy compared to my other basses but the sound that I get more than makes up for it. This was my very first bass. The bass was a very cool looking wood tone and was very good looking. I bought the bass and realized it looked even better in person. It was an incredible value and is good for beginners. I now have evolved into a very good bassist and think that this bass is very good except that it buzzes on a few frets. It also has a muddy deep end if dropped to a "C". It is also a chick magnet.

This is a really nice beginner bass. This was my first bass and is really a good value for the money. It has a few minor flaws like buzzing on a few frets but other than that it is perfect. It has killer looks in real person and is an absolute chick magnet.

This looks feels and plays like a much more expensive instrument. Great finish, solid feel, quality components for the price. It has Great tone and action. I don't think you can go wrong for twice this price.

This is a GREAT bass. It is worth twice the price. I have a Precision Bass and this baby smokes it. Tone, feel, playability, looks, the Epi has it all. It was set up perfect right out of the box. You can't go wrong for the money.
