this bass is sick, ive played plenty of high end basses and though i didnt really expect it to blow them out of the water this bass surely holds its own. i was playing a schecter stiletto studio 4 right before i picked up this bass and when i played this epiphone i was definately suprised. firstly this bass is sturdy, it felt pretty light compared to the other 5 and 6 string basses ive played, the action was flawless. this thing plays smooth. it sounds incredible, the tone was amazing even with the manufacturer strings. the body is sleek and cool looking it definately has alot of character. i never thought i would actually want an epiphone as much as i do now but they have sold me on this bass next paycheck im definately going to get it.

i played an ibanez and yamaha before i got my hands on this beauty. this bass just blows them away. for starters it just plain looks cool. secondly i love the way it sounds. thirdly it has great action. there one smalll problem its just a little head heavy but that doesnt matter when you are playing only when you let of the neck.

I originally became interested in this bass simply because of the way it looks. Once I played it, I was smitten. The action is amazing and it sounds gorgeous. The satin finish reduces the ability to see fingerprints, so it always looks clean. Two volume, one tone. Awesome bass.

I've owned a few bass's electric and acoustic and this one so far has been my favourite. The action on the neck is downright sexy and makes playing that much more enjoyable. It has great tones and is terribly durable. I've been using it for about 5 months now in Iraq and it's getting the job that I need done. I recently started recording with it and am completely pleased.

I have owned this bass for 2 years now and it's been the strongest bass so far. the features are basic 2 volume 1 tone, it is such a versatile bass, one minute you can play funk and jazz the next you can play rock and metal with a minor tweak. I've rammed and smashed this bass into amps, band risers and floors, and it keeps in pitch perfect tune. i think it's a great bass for beginners to professionals. overall i've been very pleased with this bass and definitely got my moneys worth.
