good solid bass

i really like this bass.I have been playing a conklin gt4 for the last 7 years and I love it and I still do.But this bass offers so many different tones the maple neck and fret board make it great for slap and popping the strings and the massive bridge makes for good sustain.I have to say I am hard on my stuff and in we play 4 to 6 nights a week and this thing really gets it done live .I did some recording with it also and the p/u's are very quiet.mine came with a really nice quilted top the pics don't do it justice.I highly recommend this bass for the money I don't think there is any thing better.
