This is the worst amp i have ever bought. It produces a terrible buzz and gross overtones. If you buy this, you'll need to replace it in 2 days.

The amp sounded great for a little guy until the speaker cone tore, At this point it made allot of burping noises on the louder lower notes, after a quick patch the problem mostly resided but the tone had deepened.

This is a great practice amp for any one as long as you do not want any distortion on your bass.

i have had this amp for about a year, its sound quality is horrible. you cant turn it past the halfway mark without having it distort unless you have no bass on. overall, if you a beginner, its gonna do the job and last you a while but i would look into something else

Overall, this is a pretty good amp to use with a starter bass. It doesn't keep up with bigger amps at all, but it does have pretty good power for it's size. It gets distorted when you turn it up, but that can be fixed by turning the EQ knobs all the way down (that makes it much quieter, though). One cool thing I did with it, though, was hook my keyboard up to it with my friend's wah pedal. It sounded better on this amp than on my friend's expensive Fender tube amp.

I bought this amp the other day. So far so good. Great for practice. This amp really cranks too, sounds like a 20-watt. Really makes the tone of my Epiphone EB-3 shine through. I'll stick with Kustom amps from now on.
