The LB224 Electric Bass Guitar:
Laguna's 4-string, double-cutaway bass is made of solid basswood with a hard maple neck and an Indonesian Sonokeli fretboard. It is equipped with Alnico bridge humbuckers and chrome hardware. It comes in a 34" scale with a bolt neck joint and a standard U-shaped neck with 24 frets.

The front panel of LowDown LD15 features 3 Smart Control FX, offering a variety of tonal options unprecedented in a 15-watt bass amplifier. The Filter delivers a funky wah sound inspired by the baddest envelope filter on the planet; Chorus is transparent, smooth, and expressive, but maintains the low-end of the signal; and Octaver, producing a single note one octave below the note played, adds a powerful vibe to any jam.

A dedicated studio-grade opto compressor model provides a smooth and consistent signal at any volume. This consistency is ideal for every bass player for leveling out the dynamics of your attack. An LED lights up to signify when the compressor hits -5dB of gain reduction.

LowDown LD15 offers pro-grade tone control reminiscent of higher-priced bass rigs. Broad-sweeping Bass, Lo-Mid, Hi-Mid, and Treble controls make finding the perfect sound a snap. Plus, with a dedicated Drive knob, a little extra character is just a twist away.

I'm a starter but i have played other basses before and this is one of the best. When i first got it it looked beautiful. The first day i had the bass i was able to learn a song on it(iron man). This was the first song i ever played. The amp is awesome and has four different sound settings. What i am trying to say is buy the bass it wont let you down
