Tighter response then the 15" version, & handle's low B very well!

For a bedroom practice amp it gives you best sound quality but is pretty heavy.

For small jazz settings as well as acoustic band settings this amp is fabulous! Lightweight & easy to carry.

No amp for band, garage or live play, it's not loud enough for that.

Great portable amp, clear sound - clean highs, punchy mids, deep lows. Most definitely a top contender in its price range! Its features are very good (3 Band EQ, Enhance, Gain, Volume, Compressor & Two Channels, etc). I could not believe the low end I was getting out of 2-8" speakers. Set it up with an Aphex Bass Xciter = Excellent sound and tone. I usally never post a review, but in this case I made an exception due to how impressive this little amp is. On the down side it could be a little higher in total watts, rated only a 120 watts @ 8 ohms.

I bought this amp because of its specs, and it delivers! With an extension NSP210 cabinet, it really blows you aways. Now, I'm not a bassist - I use a Variax 300 with a Line6 PodXT Live! I need the range and clarity of a PA - I found it in a lightweight combo! (I have to deliver acoustic to blues to metal at the flick of a switch.) No electric or acoustic guitar amp could deliver the goods. And keyboard amps with the right specs were too expensive and heavy (think Roland KC-1000). Now I've got a LOUD setup - 170 watts with 102 dB @ 1W sensitivity with a flat 35Hz-18Khz ±2dB range (120 watts, 100 dB and 40Hz-18Khz ±2dB with just the amp!). Keep in mind this is an Eden product. No distortion, very solid cabinet, just set the tone controls to flat and play. This is very cool...
