Ive been using this amp for 5 years now every weekend playing country-rock and its just as good as the day I bought it. The other reviews that say you need a second cab for large shows is true. On its own its fine for small to medium size clubs, but you will need more sound for outside gigs or loud lead players. This is a quality amp built for heavy use, but buy a road case, its worth the investment.

I have used this Amp several times to play gigs. This amp is awesome. Its very clear and punchy. It is a bit heavy but its worth hauling around to play on. As far as volume goes, this thing can pump out some sound, it is LOUD. If your playing a larger show just hook it up to a 4x10 cab and you will be set. I would recommend this amp

Great amp for gigging. Great outside. I run a GK Micro amp in front through fx return. Sounds really punchy and solid. Great GK sound with plenty of punch for all venues.

My band teacher has one of these. I recently took up bass guitar, and have had the oppritunity to use this amp. It is very loud, able to play over our whole school band (clarinets, tubas, that kind of band). Anyway, we are playing Chameleon by Herbie Hancock, and the bass line sounds great through this amp using my P-Bass copy.

got mine used so it didnt have the footswitch but its the best you can buy anywhere. tweak the eq and it'll sound great. even sounds good loud too, unless you have a bad bass, then it'll sound better quiet
