Basswood body with quilted maple top and matching veneer on headstock. The neck is Canadian hard maple deeply set in the body with 6 bolts for the sustain of a neck-thru instrument. For stability the neck is fitted with a 2-way truss rod. Highest-grade Indian rosewood fingerboard. Genuine blue abalone position markers. Graphite nut. Satin chrome die-cast tuners and bridge. Strings can be anchored through body or bridge to suit your preference. MM-style humbucker at the bridge and single-coil up front with active EQ. Controls include volume, blend, bass boost/cut, and treble boost/cut. Active electronics can be bypassed with pull-out volume knob in case your battery dies. Wonderfully light and well balanced.

got this bass in the mail, and I loved it, looks great(in liquid red). I had to change the strings out, adjust the saddles, and figure out what the knobs did and I was off and playing. i played through 1 and a half songs and my humbucker blew out. in the middle of a set the bass just cut out.....oh well I'll just pick up some replacements. I guess i'll be using the single coil for now. other than that it plays like a dream. great buy except the pickups and the strings.

I haven't had the bass for too long, but it's really held up so far. Came out of the box with a little buzz on the E string, but that was fixed by picking up a new set. The B comes through nice and clear, great purchase and great value for the cost.

This is my second one of these basses. They are incredible for the price. This one is liquid red and very pretty. It came completely playable right out of the box. Almost in tune even. On both of my basses I have added a coil tap switches for the bridge pickups and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this bass . It sounds great and seems solidly built for years of enjoyment.

I've had this bass for about six months now and I couldn't ask for anything better, especially for the price. It gives an extremely great sound out a bass at this price, and is extremely durable. Only problem I've had with it so far was the factory strings sounded a little ruff, but since they were replaced its been one of my best instruments to date.
