I've had my amp for as long as I've been playing bass and its still running pretty well (aside from a 1 or two small problems) Its a great amp for the price, small, good sound, not for gigs though made the mistake of taking it to a gig no one could hear me unless I turned it all the way up, and it doesn't work well with distortion it humms like crazy. Its perfect if you just want something small to keep at home or in a office.

This is a great amp for practice, but not good for anything bigger than a small practice with your band. It has a tough time competing with an acoustic drumset but can handle an electric guitar in practice. NOT FOR GIGS THOUGH! Do not have a gig with this amp unless you don't want to be heard.

I am a pro bass player and play a lot of fly dates. I love this amp because I can put it in my luggage and fly it to my gigs easily. It has a crisp, clear sound, plenty of volume, and can handle my 5 string with ease.

This amp is perfect for a small home studio. I use this amp to play bass in my house over a Roland TD-3 electric drum set and a small 90watt fender guitar amp. The amp sounds great in this confined space. The effects allow for drastic adjustments in sound which offers a good bit of diversity. My only complaint is that some of the effects create a hum when used. The other sounds are crystal clear. I doubt this amp would provide much use over a large acoustic drum set, so if you need power buy something else. If your looking for a nice low to moderate volume home amp this little guy is optimal.

Of course it's a practice amp but it all depends on how "Un-Plugged" your volume needs to be. There's also no line out. Sure, you have the headphone/out but it cuts off the internal speaker. I would have liked a line out into the board because of the amp simulators and effects and still use the 10" as my monitor.....Oh well!!
