Its a pretty good bass. I will only make one complaint, its very midranged and dosen't have the options of some of the other basses out there. Its has some pretty nifty tones if you play with the knobs and things. I think that its a good value because the bass is pretty nice to use. Its a good bass, and I cannot complain. Saving up for one right now, almost there.

I have had this bass for 3 years now, I added the standard string adapter so I can use standard single ball strings. I get compliments all the time on this bass. I plug into 2 Peavey Mark VI heads each driving their own Ampeg SVT410HLF's. Some say that's overkill, I say it's Bass to Thrill. The XT-2DB has the killer drop tuning lever you can tune anyway you want, I go with B for that tickle my stomach note. Very light and portable and will not give you strap neck/Shoulder pain like other heavy basses. Nice range of tone combo's with the 2 volume controls plus the tone control. Mine came set up pretty good, Just minor tweaks to fine tune to my liking. If you ever thought you would not like this bass, Try one out, Like Steinberger Ad's say "Lose your head" I own 3 basses and the Steinberger goes with 90% of the times I play.
