Instead of just making the Corvette Standard into a neck-through, Warwick wanted to create something special. So, they combined a bubinga body with a maple/ekanga neck and a wenge fingerboard, then added the wildly popular $$ (Double Buck) pickups and electronics, resulting in a phenomenal bass that has stunningly good looks and unmatched tone.

Awesome but heavy

This thing is heavy! Its also really expensive which is why I gave it a 4 for value. Got it at a 50% discount though :D, which is the only reason why I bought it. Great Warwick tone and completely loaded with features. I have a Covette Standard 4 string too and this completely destroys it. Best bass I have ever used.

Only complaint is that the pickups are really big so they can get in the way sometimes. But that can be gotten used to.. Oh and the two small switches look really easy to break
