Very pricey, but it's worth it.

I played this bass at a shop through an Acoustic B100 amp, and it sounded phenomenol. Everything about it, tonaly, is perfect. For me, at least. The bubinga body gives it a VERY thick, heavy sound, but it can still get clear highs. Not necessarily crisp, mind you, but I really like it. If you want something more fashioned for a brighter, crisper sound, go for a Fender P-Bass or a Rickenbacker.

As I said before, the bubinga body really accentuates the low frequencies because it is such a dense wood. This also means that it weighs ALOT more than you'd think. It does sit very comfortably on your hip, and the neck is the fastest I've ever felt. You can really get around quick.

If you want to get an idea of what it sounds like, just listen to The Dave Matthew's Band. I know that the bassist uses Warwick's.

I have owned this bass for over 10 years and it honestly made me a better bass player. The sound and feel of this bass is truely amazing. In the studio our producer commented that he had never plugged in a bass that had such great tone and compression, little filtering if any was needed to clean the sound. Live, this bass simply put provides the rhythm section solid rich low tones that move the music along.

i played this one at the store through a line 6 amp

first off, this bass sounds amazing. dark and growly, but still plenty of clarity. it also looks great. there are no problems there

this bass weighs a ton however. much more than you would expect for such a small body. luckily it's contoured and fits comfortably. also, if you cant tell, its really expensive. really, really expensive. this is most likely due to import fees and expensive European labor, as 4000ish dollars is more into the boutique bass price ranges. dont get me wrong, this bass is excellent quality, its just not customized for the customer.

I have been playing Bass for about 7 years and have owned most of the major brand basses,I banez,Peavey,Steinberger,Schecter, and a Geddy Lee Fender Jazz Bass. This one is by far the most incredible Bass I have ever laid my hands on.It has monster tone and almost plays itself. It feels as good as it plays, perfectly balanced.I will never part with this Bass and will be selling most of my others.
