sick bass for the money...

First and foremost I'm not a bass player.I bought this strickly for recording and it shines.I got a b-stock model and got a screaming deal and its much better than my buddys fender p-bass.slim profile neck and the tuners are actually better than I expected.it was perfectly intonated outta the box and even the stock strings didn't sound too bad.one of the smartest purchases at this price.as long as you can get by the "made in indonesia" bit.which honestly doesn't bother me.it's all in the quality control department not the country.don't forget to hook this up to a tech 21 bass driver.no more worries in the bass department.

I have had this bass for about two years now, it's the first bass I have owned. Everything is great except the quality of the strings which have a fuzzy sound to them and make a rattling sound when I play them sometimes. But in the end i don't think i would pay the money for this bass. Gotta love the color though.

Incredible for the price

This bass is very easy to play, even if you have not played in while it does not leave your wrists with cramps like some other bass guitars I have played. The sound quality is great for the price one pays and has the sound of some of the more expensive bass guitars. Definately a stage instrument, price is not always an object with guitars; sometimes you find a medium priced bass with high priced quality and the BB414 is that bass.

Fantastic bass for the price

The bass is a fantastic value. The sound goes anywhere from warm to slightly growly. I play this bass through a Hartke 410XL and Hartke 350. Construction seems solid so far, the bridge looks a little weak, but so far no problems.

rockin' bass

I have had my eye on this bass for a long time and bought it in late july of this year. The sound is amazing and the architecture of it goes fluent with my styles of playing. The only problem present that is fixed is buzzing on D-string and G-string 1st frets. I love this bass (for it being my first bass ever owned) and hope to buy the Yamaha BB415 5-string, the identical twin of this amazing instrument.
